    To date, we have helped our clients understand the viability of their existing or prospective real estate, by test fitting over 1.4 million sqft of space.

Who we are

  • Alex Sutton

    Director
    Architect - BSc MArch PGDip ARB

    Alex leads our Interior Architecture projects, with particular expertise in early concept design, spatial design and human-centric workplace design which fosters new ways of working.

    Formerly an Associate Architect at SevilPeach Architecture+Design, Alex has delivered numerous interior projects for innovative clients across the globe including the original concept for co-working provider ‘Spaces’ which has since been rolled out globally.

    In addition Alex has provided design consultancy services to high profile Architects such as David Chipperfield, helping to shape the user experience on the competition winning design for the Rolex Building in New York.

  • Nathan Breeze

    Director
    Architect - BSc MArch PGDip ARB

    Nathan leads our Architectural projects, with particular expertise in detail design, technical coordination, project management and sustainable design.

    Formerly a Partner at Cullinan Studio, Nathan has delivered numerous projects in sensitive historic locations including in London’s Borough Market and the City of London.

    Alongside practice he enjoys mentoring the next generation of Architects including as part of Open City’s ‘Accelerate into University’ programme, which aims to increase diversity in the architectural profession.
